Refunds and Returns:

• Any Downloadable Digital item once purchased is non-refundable.
• We do not accept returns or provide refunds for digital items.

Order Cancellation:

• The cancellation of any Re-skin or Customization order will be at our sole discretion.
• Please note that processing a cancellation request may take a minimum of 1 week.

• This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses, damages, or any other form of loss or harm.

Project Cancellation:

• In the event of a project cancellation, mutually decided upon between you and our team, you will be responsible for compensating us for the efforts invested in the project up to the date of cancellation.

Delivery of Project Materials:

• The delivery of source code, design, or any other project-related material is contingent upon settlement of payment by the client.
• We reserve the right to withhold the delivery of project materials until payment has been fully settled.
